Britney Spears might get the chance to do over her crappy 2007 MTV Video Music Awards performance with a new show this year. Sources say that producers have already approached Britney to do the show in Los Angeles on September 7th.

If they let her open the show again, especially after last year’s performance, I bet Kanye West is going to boycott MTV until it’s no longer relevant.

A word of advice to Ms. Spears, please, if the powers that be pick an outfit out for you to wear, just wear it. Don’t go with something that’s obviously painfully too small or makes you look fat. And don’t do drugs before the show, you looked lifeless last year. It was heartbreaking to hope for a comeback and get what we got from that show.

Michael Lohan was said to be fooling around with another woman, Kristi Kaufman, when him and Dina separated 13 years ago. Now, Kristi has come forward to say that Michael is the father of her daughter.

I’m thinking that Michael feels that Kristi’s story isn’t credible, so he took a paternity test to determine if he is the child’s father.

To this date, he has not seen his daughter or paid any child support for her. I hope that if it’s proven that she is a Lohan, he’ll step up and take responsibility.

Apparently not content with playing the single girl Carrie Bradshaw from the Sex & the City series, Sarah Jessica Parker is getting typecast….but this time, she’s a divorcee and a mother. Weird enough transformation?

I guess they got her out of her Manolos long enough to do the Ivy Chronicles, which shows SJP taking her children out of private schools and learning a lesson. She also figures out how to help others get their children into upscale schools.

Kevin Federline was partying it up at Mansion over the weekend in Miami, where he was friendly to everyone and seemed to be in a cheerful mood. I guess he’s really trying to play on the fact that no one thinks he’s a douchebag anymore because Britney Spears went crazy. Matthew McConaughey was robbed after her got drunk in Nicaragua. He was in the bar, standing up on the top of the tables, asking about his lost flipflops. He appeared to be so wasted that he needed to be carried back to his villa.

The locals who carried him, used his room key to get him in his room and helped him to his bed. Unfortunately for him, they did not lock up after leaving and that’s when opportunity struck for the thief.

A source says that Matthew hasn’t reported the crime to the local authorities because he was probably too embarrassed. And he considers it a lesson learned.

Rob Lowe and his wife are firing back at their former nanny’s sexual harassment charges by claiming now that Rob was the one that was the victim. They’re saying that former nanny Jessica Simpson was seeking attention from Rob and one time on a family vacation, she asked Rob to put suntan lotion on her. Rob’s wife Sheryl said no and that she’d do it herself and it wasn’t proper for her to ask Rob. Interesting.

And remember the former chef that was suing the Lowes but dropped the charges? He got paid off is now saying that Jessica was overly flirtatious with him and offered to have sex with him while the Lowe’s children were in the vicinity.

Joel Madden isn’t ready to walk down the aisle just yet. The couple have been the source of wedding rumors for months on end.

They welcomed their first child, Harlow, in January, but have been comfortable with the way things are for now.

Joel Madden issued a statement on his website dismissing reports that they had already gotten married. But he is hoping to end all of the speculation by announcing that they currently have no plans to make the trek down the aisle.

He says, “We don’t have any plans for that right now. We’re just happy, and we’re being a family, and that’s where we’re at right now. But marriage means something different to everyone. Right now we’re really happy and we’re concentrating on our family, and that’s what is making us happy right now. We’re moving at our own pace.”

Uma Thurman is engaged to Swiss financier Arpad Busson.

Her rep confirmed that Arpad popped the question to Uma and gave her a big insanely huge rock to seal the deal.

The ring is eight carats for the center stone surrounded by 20 smaller stones.

This will be the third marriage for Uma, who married Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke previously. She has two children with Ethan. Arpad is no stranger to high profile relationships, either, he was dating supermodel Elle Macpherson, who he has two children with.

The couple met at a private dinner in Milan last year.

Lindsay Lohan’s third album is set to be titled, “Spirit In The Dark”, featuring songs produced by Pharrell Williams, Akon, StarGate and Bloodshy & Avant.

Just when you thought that her first single, Bossy, was leaked? Nope, it was just a pre-single buzz track and there aren’t any plans to do a video for it. The first legit single, Playground featuring Pharrell, will be released to radio in September.

Her album will be released on November 4th. And just for the record, I didn’t know that there were two before it, I only thought she had the one with Rumors on it. Interesting how much slips under our radar when we’re too busy taking pictures of people while they’re eating lunch.

According to the British press, Heather Mills is dying to be a part of the new Celebrity Apprentice. I don’t doubt it, I think she would probably do just about anything to get in the good graces of the American media. Rumor has it people in the U.K. don’t like Heather and have nicknamed her Mucca. I bet you Donald Trump is foaming at the mouth over the drama that her dumb butt could cause.
