Yesterday, Sopranos‘ James Gandolfini (46) married ex-model Deborah Lin (40), to who he has been engaged since last January after Gandolfini proposed while they were on vacation in the Bahamas.
The wedding took place at Central Union Church in Honolulu, Hawaii, Lin’s hometown. Gandolfini’s 8 year old son Michael was his best man.

Marion “Suge” Knight was arrested earlier this week for “allegedly” beating up his girlfriend of 3 years until she was unconscious. We say “allegedly” since he’s innocent until proven guilty but he was actually caught in action by the Las Vegas police who arrested him.
It was approximatly 6:30 am and they were on their way home from Spearmint Rhino strip club when another woman called Suge’s cell phone. Melissa Isaac (his girlfriend) and him started to argue in the car, until Suge punched her in the head. She then grabbed the wheel of the car, a champagne-colored Cadillac Escalade, causing an accident so she could escape (according to her version).
When the car stopped, she got out and ran, but he managed to catch up with her and proceeded to throw her on the ground, kicking and punching her to the head several times. She blacked out and regained consciousness only to realize he was handcuffed and she was laying on the ground, bruised and naked.
When they arrested him, police said he had Ecstasy and hydrocodone on him, and he was holding on to a knife that he dropped on the floor as soon as a police officer took out his taser gun. He was charged with battery domestic-violence, assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription.
The Death Row Records founder, known for his hot temper and his way of intimidating people (by dangling people off a balcony or by holding them at gunpoint in a studio, for example), was released on a $19 000 bail and will have to appear in court next September 26.

X-Files‘ Mulder, David Duchovny, decided to enter rehab voluntarily for an addiction problem. Not substance abuse. The man is addicted to sex.
Before entering the facility, Duchovny made a statement: “I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family”
The actor is married to Tea Leoni since 1997 and they have two children.
Bajan sensation Rihanna (20) and her boyfriend (oops! can we say that?) Chris Brown (18) are looking for a condo in Los Angeles so they could move in together.Why so early in their still “unofficial” relationship?
Could be because of her money problems.
Last week, a pissed off Rihanna fired her business manager Patricia Williams after realizing she had only 20 000$ left in her bank account, calling her names we’re not even allowed to think, accusing her of stealing her money. No kidding; her last album, Good Girl Gone Bad sold approximately 5 million copies. Where is all this money?
Williams defended herself by accusing Rihanna’s record label, Def Jam, and her manager, Marc Jordan; “I now feel compelled to share with the world the background story as I will not allow my name to be slandered; Def Jam doesn’t fund Rihanna properly, so Marc uses the money Rihanna makes from third-party endorsements and from tours to fund her album and music videos (…) he uses her money to fund her future projects because he believes he can break her in the world-market. Unfortunately, he didn’t inform his client and I’m receiving the brunt of it.” Ouch!

Caught in a nasty divorce battle for the past two and half years with his wife Susan, Robert Duff was held in contempt to court for selling assets without the court’s approval.
Susan is actually very bitter for 3 things;
1. The 10 000 a month support from Bob isn’t enough to pay her own bills;
2. She needs 25 000 from Bob so she can throw a huge 21st birthday party to their daughter, already millionaire Hilary Duff, who is, according to her, “emotionally upset by the abandonment of her father and deserves to have some kind of recognition for a young life well lived”;
3. She’s frustrated because she heard through the grapevine that Bob has been buying gifts for his girlfriend’s sons.
So she decided to take the stand and rat him out when he sold stocks – he originally bought – but were to be divided between him and her as part of the divorce settlement. As a result, he got 10 days in a Texas jail and had to give back the 367K he got from selling his stocks to a court repository until the matter is solve. And he also has to give Sue $12 500… for Hilary’s party.
“This isn’t what I wanted,” mumbled Susan as Bob was escorted by the sheriff, handcuffed.

Andre “Dr. Dre” Romelle Young lost his son, Andre Romelle Jr (20), this week end.
The rapper’s son had come home at around 5:30am Saturday morning after a night out with friends. He was discovered unresponsive in his bed at 10:30am by his mother, Jenita Porter. She dialed 911 and paramedics tried to revive him but they were unsuccessful. Andre Jr was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy has been performed on the corpse but it couldn’t confirm the cause of death. A toxicology report has been ordered and it could take up to six weeks before the results come out. Although the causes are still unclear, the coroner does not suspect foul play.
Dre’s rep issued a statement today: ”Dr Dre is mourning the loss of his son. Please respect his family’s grief and privacy at this time.”
Andre Jr was in the middle of a custody fight back in 1990, when his mother sued Dre for 5 000$ a month child support that he refused to pay. Remember when he was with N.W.A. making all this money from gangster rap, along with Eazy E and Ice Cube? Yet he agreed to pay only 500$ a month. Besides that, he fathered another child, Curtis “Hood Surgeon” Young, who he only got to know when the kid turned 12 years old. What a deadbeat dad. Hopefully he will spend much more time with his children from now on.

No idea how they pulled this one off (probaly by promising her an attendant to dispose of her used chewing gum after they painted the whole backstage in pink), but it has been confirmed by CTV that Mariah Carey will appear on Canadian Idol’s season finale presented on their network. The diva as well as Hedley, John Legend and Jully Black (and maybe more) will perform next September 10th on the show.
Canadian Idol have had big names this season; Gavin Rossdale and Simple Plan performed earlier this season, Anne Murray and Jordin Sparks were on this week’s show and Bryan Adams will perform next week.
Pineapple Express’s co-star Craig Robinson pleaded guilty for possession of drugs and driving under their influence.
The actor who also starred in The Office was arrested by the police last June 29th and they found ecstasy and methamphetamines in his pockets. He made his plea last week, and was sentenced to an 18 months-probation during which he has to stay clean while he’ll undergo drug counseling. If he’s smart and respects the conditions, all charges against him will be dropped.
After the episode in her New York hotel room where Kim Kardashian “accidentally” mentionned she was to be on the next season of Dancing With The Stars, the producers decided it was time to do some damage control and revealed the rest of the cast.
