It was while performing a stunt that Angelina Jolie was injured in the face (between her two eyes).  When (real) blood started gushing on the set of her upcoming movie Salt, the producers stopped the camera roll and examined the actress:

“This morning, while filming an action sequence during production of her new movie Salt, Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed.”

Good thing she’s back to filming.

It’s been confirmed by her lawyer that Rihanna will be subpoenaed to testify against Chris Brown on June 22nd.

“The District Attorney has advised me that she will be subpoenaed to testify. I will accept on her behalf. She will appear in court, and if asked to testify, she will do so.
Rihanna is doing fine. She’s monitoring closely the proceedings of this case. She is continuing with her career and moving on with her life and doing great.”

If convicted, Brown could spend up to 4 years in prison.

During a No Doubt concert, Gwen Stefani sang “Happy Birthday” to her son Kingston, and even had the crowd to sing along.  And her son seems to appreciate the 15 seconds of fame!

Jean-Claude Van Damme (born Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg) still got the moves!  Here he is, spotted earlier this week on the dancefloor with some underaged young bombshell. Not bad for a 48 year old has-been!

Famous ex-champion boxer Mike Tyson lost his 4 year old daughter in a horrible manner.  TMZ dropped the tragic news this morning:

“A rep for the Phoenix Police Department has just released the following statement regarding Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter:

‘I was just advised by investigators that Exodus Tyson was pronounced deceased at 11:45 AM today at the hospital. Our sympathies go out to the family.’

Paramedics were called to Tyson’s Phoenix home at around 10:30 Monday morning when his 7-year-old son found the young girl hanging from a treadmill by its power cable.”

Later on Tyson’s family released the following statement:

“There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus. We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal.”

Heather Mills tried to suck dry CapCom, a computer games company, pretending she wanted the money for charity.

Charity my ass!

When the company turned down her request, she decided to twitter about it:

“The stingy company came back saying they couldn’t, what happened to charitable businesses, seems they just want to exploit and give nothing.”

The company’s side of the story is much more credible:

“It was previously claimed Heather – the ex-wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney – demanded a six-figure fee to front Capcom’s ‘Bionic Commando’ advertising campaign.

She also reportedly incensed game bosses requesting her likeness be included in the game.

A source said: ‘She was insistent she wouldn’t do it for a smaller fee and said the producers should make her the star. The request was way, way over their budget and they certainly weren’t keen on basing the game on her.’”

A radio station in Florida announced the death of Patrick Swayze, again.  It’s probably the 8th time since he got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that the actor has had his obituary read on the air.

The poor guy had to interrupt his chemo to confirm to the the press that, yes, he’s still alive, and still fighting to live.

It was day 8 of the 2009 Cannes International Film Festival and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, as they were walking the red carpet at the premiere of Brad’s  ‘Inglourious Basterds’, seem to be awfully happy.  Word on the street is she had a little too much to drink that night and it shows a lot on this picture.

Apparently Britney Spears spends as much as she makes.  According to TMZ.com, from the $11,5 Million she made last year, her dad spent conservatorship reported $10 Million in expenses:

“From March to December Brit blew $447,633.69 on security alone. Six months of household repairs and maintenance ran her $49,387.22.
Britney also spent $625,000 to pay Kevin Federline’s lawyers, as ordered by the courts. In the docs, the payments are referred to as “Federline Fees.”
K-Fed ain’t doin too bad either — from March to December, Britney kicked over $178,818.00 in child support payments.
Grand total expenses for Brit between Feb. and December — $10,116,678.23.”

I guess being rich and staying rich is too different things…
