DJ AM aka Adam Goldstein died a month ago from a drug overdose in his New York apartment. Celebrity friends and family have been mourning his passing, but nobodywas sure whether he took his own life intentionally or not.

The New York City medical examiner’s office has now officially ruled the death as an accidental drug overdose. Druge found inside the 36 year old DJ include Oxycodone, Vicodin, Klonopin, Ativan, Benadryl, Cocaine, and Levamisole.

Please people, don’t do drugs. No good can come of it.

WE knew it would happen, but is it too little too late?

Heather Locklear is currently on set filming on the new version of Melrose Place in Los Angeles. She’s back, and is reprising her famed role as Amanda Woodward, the Melrose Place drama queen. Exciting news right?

Maybe.

The show has been getting bad reviews, and not a lot of viewers, so there’s no guarantee it wont suffer the same fate as the other new CW drama, The Beautiful Life, which was canceled abruptly after airing only two of it’s seven taped episodes. ratings on the two shows were similar, but the people at The CW are hoping that Locklear’s return may spark viewership of past Melrose lovers, as well as some fresh drama for new fans. Will it work?

Only time will tell.

The University of Quebec at Montreal (actually, l’Université du Québec à Montréal) has mad the latest web sensation with their version of the Black Eyed Peas hit “I Got a Feeling”. The music video features 172 students and was done in ONE TAKE! Truly amazing! We love french Canadians! Ok, all Canadians. Whatever.

It’s true!

The one time Laguna Beach star one time Hills star one time best selling author will soon be able to add screenwriter to her resumé!

Temple Hill Entertainment has purchased the screen rights to Lauren’s first novel, L.A. Candy, which was on the New York Times bestseller list for 14 weeks!!! What??? Her book was apparently flying off the shelves (and still is) and Lauren herself pitched the movie idea and Temple Hill (who give us the Twilight movies) went for it!

The book (and film) is about  a 19 year old who goes to LA and stars in her own reality show! Hmmmmm……wonder where she got that idea! If the book did so well, it’s almost a guarantee that the movie has the potential to do the same.

Scarlett Johansson has somewhat of a private life (in celebrity terms).

Now, the starlet is dishing on everything from her body image, to her married life with actor Ryan Reynolds in the November issue of Glamour magazine.

Also in Scarlett news, rumor has it the 25 year old actress may be hitting Broadway in the musical Promises, Promises. Anne Hathaway was rumored to be playing the lead, but apparently the part could now go to Scarlett. Interesting. Glamour magazine hits news stands next week.

So much news in celebrity splitsville!!! Justin & Jessica aren’t the only celebrity couple supposedly calling it quits!

Rumor has that Jamie Kennedy and his way out of his league girlfriend Jennifer Love Hewitt have called it quits, after rumors of his infidelity have surfaced. Apparently Mr. Kennedy has been seeing his ex-girlfriend Shannon Funk on the side! Kennedy is blaming his now fired assistant, Miguel, for creating the rumor that he cheated. Kennedy denies all infidelity rumors and is working on patching things up with Jennifer.

Actress Emmy Rossum, who was secretly married to music producer Justin Siegel in February of 2008, is getting divorced. Siegel filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support and lawyer fees! Rossum has been spotted around with Adam Duritz, the lead singer of the rock band Counting Crows.

Reports are that Rose McGowan and her fiance, director Robert Rodriguez, have broken off their engagement…..again! The couple broke it off and got back together again last summer as well. They have been engaged since October of 2007, and apparently no reason has been given for the split this time.

Limp Bizkit front man Fred Durst has announced on his twitter that his three month marriage to Esther Nazarov is officially over. The longtime couple apparently was fighting a lot during their one month retreat in the mountains, while Fred was working on a new album.

Comedienne Sarah Silverman is not fucking Matt Damon, and is also definitely not with her on again off again boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel. The two funny people are off for sure this time, because Sarah is reportedly dating comedian Rob Huebel, and has been for months! Ouch Jimmy!

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are officially dunzo, according to US Weekly magazine! rumors have been swirling for weeks now, but US is confirming that the two have officially split, with Justin doing the dumping!

The two have been together for three years, and sources in Hollywood are saying that Timberlake has been hitting the club scene a lot lately, often entertaining a few female friends! One of those female friends happens to be Rihanna!

The two were spotted together on the dance floor at a VMA’s afterparty  in New York and apparently leeft together for a night at Rihanna’s hotel room! Star magazine has the two singers on the cover with the title “It’s On!” in bold writing.

JT never takes long to move on, so we believe this could be true. However, he’s also not one to jump into a relationship right away, so this could just be a fling. Jessica is still trying to get him back, so we’ll keep you posted as the story unravels…………

Well, between probationary check-ins and community service, R & B badboy Chris Brown has managed to record a new album and has released his new single to the internet airwaves!

The track entitled “I Can Transform Ya” is going to be the first single off his new album Graffiti. The song is featuring Lil Wayne and was produced by Swizz Beatz.

Dennis Hopper was rushed to a hospital by ambulance in New York this afternoon, Wednesday September 30th.

Possibly the coolest actor alive, Hopper had been exhibiting flu like symptoms while touring New York to promote the second season of his show Crash. The 73 year Easyrider was seen being taken away wearing an oxygen mask and had all sorts of plastice medical tubes when he was admitted to the hospital. We hope it’s not as bad as it sounds. We’ve lost too many major celebs this year already!

Ha! Someone needs to go back to rehab!!!

Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has been through alot lately. Rehab, breakup, life falling apart,etc. So what does she do to feel better?
