Yay for Ellen! Multi-Year Exclusive Deal Signed With Warner Bros!

Ellen DeGeneres is expanding her relationship with Warner Brothers Television Group, having signed a multi-year exclusive deal with the company.

DeGeneres and her company, A Very Good Production, will develop and serve as executive producer on TV projects with different divisions of WBTVG, which include scripted primetime shows, scripted and unscripted broadcast and cable series, and syndicated programming. She’ll even have have a first -look priority deal on social media and other digital gaming ideas.

Ellen said:

“I’m so happy to be expanding my relationship with Warner Bros. It’s kind of becoming a family affair. My brother works on the lot and fingers crossed, my mother’s up for the role of Charlie Sheen’s love interest on ‘Two And A Half Men,’ So this is really working out.”

The talk show host also just named former President of Original Programming and Development at Comedy Central, Lauren Corrao, as the President of A Very Good Production.

Corrao said:

“Ellen is an inspiration and a pioneer both personally and professionally and I’ve always been a huge fan of hers. I feel incredibly lucky to be charged with capturing her brand as a producer and building this company together from the ground up.”

Anne Heche is pregnant

Used-to-be-lesbian-and-crazy Anne Heche and her boyfriend James Tupper are expecting!

The couple met on the set of Men In Trees and fell in love, so much that, in February last year, Heche divorced her ex Coley Laffoon (the one she married after misleading Ellen DeGeneres, making her believe she was a lesbian for so long; her and Laffoon actually met while working together on a documentary on Ellen) That’s the fun part for her.

Thanks to a fair judge somewhere in LA, her ex receives over 30K per month spousal and child support and as for physical custody of their  6 year old son Homer, it is split 50/50 when Heche is in town. Meaning she doesn’t get to see much of him when she works.

Well, karma is a bitch.

Mariah Carey fueling pregnancy rumors

On a interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Mariah Carey got tricked into revealing what everyone is wondering: is the diva pregnant or not?

First her outfit was… err, unusual. No tight, short dress, but very casual jeans and an ample blouse… things she wouldn’t normally wear.

Then when she refused to discuss whether or not she was pregnant, Ellen served her a nice glass of Dom Perignon champagne to celebrate the fact that she wasn’t, which MC refused to drink.  She first pretended that it was fatening, then that it was too early to start drinking…   Yeah right!
