Liv Tyler and her husband, Royston Langdon have decided to call it quits.

The couple were married for five years, which is a long time if you live in Hollywood. They have a three-year-old son together, Milo.

Her rep issued a statement, saying, “Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation. They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family’s privacy be respected at this time,” the representative said.

I hate it when celebrities are in the spotlight, but request that their privacy be respected. Go somewhere else with your problems, then, like India or something. When you’re in L.A., everything is everyone’s business.

A source close to the couple says that they are going to get married on May 30th. The hot couple met at a party in early 2006 and hit it off. That wasn’t long after he separated from his then-wife Denise Richards.

Let’s hope that history doesn’t repeat itself.

Shamed actor Gary Dourdan is planning events to “get the word out that you don’t need a bunch of nasty chemicals to have a good time” since he was recently busted for possession last week.

He was found by police, parked on the wrong side of the road, asleep in his car, and when police searched his vehicle, they found heroin, Ecstacy, prescription drugs, and paraphernalia.

The officer arrested Dourdan after locating suspected cocaine, heroin, Ecstacy, miscellaneous prescription drugs and paraphernalia.

He plans to announce his plans by his arraignment on May 28th. He has publicly apologized to his fans as well as Taylor Swift, who he was set to support in an awards show.

Dourdan was set to present Swift with an award at Hollywood Life magazine’s 10th Annual Young Hollywood Awards last week.

He says, “I am so sorry to all my fans, especially the young ones, like Taylor Swift, who I should’ve been supporting… instead of driving tired in the desert.”

It’s rehab time, in case you didn’t know. If he hits rehab by his arraignment, he might receive a lesser sentence. That’s how Hollywood works, ya know.

Besides trying to work with Timbaland to get “street cred” on a new album, Lindsay Lohan has been tapped to star in the season finale of Ugly Betty.

I guess the makers of Ugly Betty saw what stunt casting can do for ratings, so they decided that it’s LiLo’s time.

Ian McKellen is set to reprise his role as Gandalf for the two-part adaptation of The Hobbit.

Ian said, “Yes, it’s true, I spoke to Guillermo in the very room that Peter Jackson offered me the part and he confirmed that I would be reprising the role. Obviously, it’s not a part that you turn down, I loved playing Gandalf.”

The movie will follow the characters in the years between The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.

Those shoes just need to go already. I think I hate them more than I do Britney’s boots…and that’s saying a lot.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted out shopping in West Hollywood earlier today. Hope she got a new pair of shoes in that bag somewhere, because those are tired looking already.
