Although she got sober (kinda) during all this time spent in the Carribean, Amy Winehouse’s creativity didn’t impress her record label.  In fact they sent her back home to write some more songs they could consider worth recording, not satisfied with what she wrote during her trip. Apparently they said it was too dark and too reggae.

Honestly, I’m curious about the sound it would have had…

Amy was photographed a few days ago coming out of the courthouse where she had to face charges for assaulting a fan back in September.

Amy Winehouse made a wise decision: she agreed to let her parents have control of all her money and assets.

So mama and papa Winehouse have conservatorship of her $21 M fortune, and she’ll have to ask permission before she even tries to spend a dime.

Best move she’s done since launching her first single…

Rumor has it that Amy Winehouse has been offered a role by Universal Pictures for an upcoming production. And Jonathan Rhys Meyer would also be part of the cast.

She would play the role of a vocal teacher working with troubled teen.

The only conditions to her contract (she has yet to sign) are that she’d stay sober and that she’d behave in the public eye.

I wonder if she’ll be able to do it?

Accusing Amy Winehouse of adultery, Blake Fielder-Civil is now filing for divorce.  After Amy (allegedly) publicly admitted to have had at least one affair in the past months (she’s technically still married to that scum), the guy decided to use her own words against her in a court of law.

About her vacation in St. Lucia,  a clean Amy told News of the World:

“I love it here and have never felt so happy.   In fact, I don’t think I’m ever going home.  Especially as I met Josh here. He couldn’t be more different from my husband, which isn’t a bad thing.”

“Josh” is the guy she’s been hanging out with since she got to St.Lucia almost a month ago.

Best part in all this is that there was no prenup.

Someone’s about to get ripped!  And I ain’t talking about broke-ass Blake… KA-CHING!!

After a tape and a number of pictures of a naked Amy Winehouse in St. Lucia surfaced a few days ago, according to My Park Magazine, there’s a rumor saying that she would actually move to the Caribbean, for a fresh start in life:

“She [Amy] said: “I could easily live here, the people are amazing and the local music scene is inspiring.”

The 25-year-old singer loves St. Lucia so much she is even hoping to record her next album there.

A friend told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “Amy has been soaking up the local culture. She has attended a music festival and been seeking out bands in the village.

“She’s been talking about recording the album in St. Lucia. She’s actually glowing.”

The troubled star has apparently found a new lease of life while holidaying on the island and has even started eating healthily and exercising in the gym with a personal trainer.”

Not what we’re used to hear about train-wreck Amy these days…  Well we all hope that, if this is what it takes to have her back on the right track, she moves down there and recover, pronto!

According to the Daily Mail, Amy Winehouse’s soon-to-be ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is back in jail, only weeks after he’s been released, after he failed a drug test as a condition to his early release:

“The 26-year-old could now be in jail until early 2010 after breaking the early release terms of his 27-month sentence.
Fielder-Civil is understood to have failed the blood test while in rehab as part of his probationary requirement.”

This is too funny!  I thought  he went to rehab instead of going home to his wife  when he got out, and now he’s not even clean?!

Okay, maybe he didn’t put a gun to her head, but Blake Fielder-Civil admits to being the one who introduced soon-to-be ex-wife Amy Winehouse to heroin and crack-cocaine:

“I made the biggest mistake of my life by taking heroin in front of her.  I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty.”

Blake adds that the reason why he left his wife wasn’t because of another woman:

“I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful.  Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love . . . I have had to live with that for the past year that I have been in prison and I have got so much remorse.”

How sweet of him.  Leaving her behind with all her drug problems now that he is in rehab. Hey Blake!  Amy’s still at the bottom of that pit where you left her.  Aren’t people getting married for better or worse? Through sickness and health?  And you leaving her behind to go to rehab alone is, what?  Your way to honor your vows?

After Blake Fielder-Civil didn’t go home and ran straight to rehab when he was released from jail, deep down we all knew it was the beginning of the end for him and Amy Winehouse.

And now that it’s been confirmed that some Swedish model named Sophie Schandorff has been hanging out at his hearings whispering “I love you” to Blake, while Amy was busy getting high, we know Blake is never going back home.  She must be the reason why he’s really trying to clean up his act.

When asked about the whole situation, Amy says:

“It’s over. There’s no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for SEX. I fancied him like mad, like no one else I’ve ever known. But it’s not enough, is it?”

I guess she doesn’t really care…  Or she’s too high to even realize what’s going on?

Amy Winehouse must be happy! Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was released finally from jail.

Blake was arrested earlier this year after beating up a bar owner,  He was sentenced to over 2 years in jail, but ended up serving only 5 months.  He could have served even less time as he was eligible for early parole back in september, but he refused to comply to the conditions, the main one being that he had to stay away from his wifey.

Word on the streets is that he hasn’t been clean even while he was in jail…  More drama to come from the Amy/Blake couple.

Dressed with a mini skirt a black lace bra, Amy Winehouse went to the studio, to see if she could succeed in composing a couple songs for this third album she better get recording.

After a few hours of playing a loop of two single notes on her 6K guitar, she jumped up, looking possessed, threw her guitar on the ground several time until it was completely destroyed and screaming that it was Satan that inspired her and gave her drugs.

Why am I not surprised?   She’s gone bananas and refuses to get help.  And now she’s gone lower than rock bottom; with Satan as her personal pusher, she’s reached hell.

Pete Doherty Babyshambles’ bandmate Mik Whitnall spiked Amy Winehouse’s cotton-candy machine with cocaine and he fed her the cocaine-candy without her knowing it.

And he calls himself her friend.

What a dumb thing to do, especially to someone who has a serious drug problem and who is currently on suicide watch.

Anyway Sunday Mik has been arrested for possession of crack-cocaine in London.  Let’s hope they’ll keep him locked up and away from Amy for a very long time.

Junkie artist Amy Winehouse now owes $50 000 to Harvey Nichols stores – equivalent to Neiman Marcus in England -for puking all over the clothes they kindly lended her.

According the the UK Mirror, “Harvey Nichols loaned Amy £25,000 (about US $50,000) worth of silk and satin dresses. Unfortunately, while wearing one of the frocks, she went on an all-night bender.

She ended up in the loos, where she was violently sick. Let’s just say it wasn’t pret ty. She eventually couriered them back on Monday, but didn’t wrap them separately. So sick had gone on all the clothes. Even worse, green, furry mould had developed on some gowns, making them unwearable.”

This is so disgusting.  And we all wondered why she had this ugly rash all over her face. This woman is dirty!!  I wouldn’t be surprised if she had bugs living in her hair…
