Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern

Howard K. Stern, lawyer and former boyfriend of the late Anna Nicole Smith, was arrested in relation with her death.  He’s accused, along with two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich, of conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith prior to her death, as she was addicted to them.

They fed her prescriptions drugs from June 2004 until she died in January 2007.  Stern was released after he posted a 20K bail.  He should be back in court in April.

Almost 2 years since Anna Nicole Smith passed away, and her baby girl DannieLynn, who is now 2 years old, is her spitting image!

Her father, Larry Birkhead is now preparing a special on the late Anna Nicole  with E! and the little bundle of joy can’t seem to stay put while they’re trying to attach her dad’s microphone on his shirt. Click here to see the video.
