Accusing Amy Winehouse of adultery, Blake Fielder-Civil is now filing for divorce.  After Amy (allegedly) publicly admitted to have had at least one affair in the past months (she’s technically still married to that scum), the guy decided to use her own words against her in a court of law.

About her vacation in St. Lucia,  a clean Amy told News of the World:

“I love it here and have never felt so happy.   In fact, I don’t think I’m ever going home.  Especially as I met Josh here. He couldn’t be more different from my husband, which isn’t a bad thing.”

“Josh” is the guy she’s been hanging out with since she got to St.Lucia almost a month ago.

Best part in all this is that there was no prenup.

Someone’s about to get ripped!  And I ain’t talking about broke-ass Blake… KA-CHING!!

According to the Daily Mail, Amy Winehouse’s soon-to-be ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is back in jail, only weeks after he’s been released, after he failed a drug test as a condition to his early release:

“The 26-year-old could now be in jail until early 2010 after breaking the early release terms of his 27-month sentence.
Fielder-Civil is understood to have failed the blood test while in rehab as part of his probationary requirement.”

This is too funny!  I thought  he went to rehab instead of going home to his wife  when he got out, and now he’s not even clean?!

Okay, maybe he didn’t put a gun to her head, but Blake Fielder-Civil admits to being the one who introduced soon-to-be ex-wife Amy Winehouse to heroin and crack-cocaine:

“I made the biggest mistake of my life by taking heroin in front of her.  I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty.”

Blake adds that the reason why he left his wife wasn’t because of another woman:

“I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful.  Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love . . . I have had to live with that for the past year that I have been in prison and I have got so much remorse.”

How sweet of him.  Leaving her behind with all her drug problems now that he is in rehab. Hey Blake!  Amy’s still at the bottom of that pit where you left her.  Aren’t people getting married for better or worse? Through sickness and health?  And you leaving her behind to go to rehab alone is, what?  Your way to honor your vows?

After Blake Fielder-Civil didn’t go home and ran straight to rehab when he was released from jail, deep down we all knew it was the beginning of the end for him and Amy Winehouse.

And now that it’s been confirmed that some Swedish model named Sophie Schandorff has been hanging out at his hearings whispering “I love you” to Blake, while Amy was busy getting high, we know Blake is never going back home.  She must be the reason why he’s really trying to clean up his act.

When asked about the whole situation, Amy says:

“It’s over. There’s no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for SEX. I fancied him like mad, like no one else I’ve ever known. But it’s not enough, is it?”

I guess she doesn’t really care…  Or she’s too high to even realize what’s going on?

Amy Winehouse must be happy! Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was released finally from jail.

Blake was arrested earlier this year after beating up a bar owner,  He was sentenced to over 2 years in jail, but ended up serving only 5 months.  He could have served even less time as he was eligible for early parole back in september, but he refused to comply to the conditions, the main one being that he had to stay away from his wifey.

Word on the streets is that he hasn’t been clean even while he was in jail…  More drama to come from the Amy/Blake couple.

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil refused his right to spend the week end out of jail.

What happened was Blake wanted to get out so he could see Amy.  But the judge thought he wasn’t going to stay sober if he spent time with her.  So he was allowed to stay out for a week-end, but could only stay at his parents and without having any contact with his wife while out of jail.

He decided he’d rather spend the week-end in his cell.
