Screen legend and NRA president (until 2003), Charlton Heston, has passed away last night at his Beverly Hills home. He was 84 years old. His wife, Lydia, was at his side during his final hours.
There has been no confirmation as of yet as to the cause of death, but the Oscar winning actor was battling Alzheimer’s disease for the better part of a decade.
Rest in peace, Charlton.
