Eminem is being sued by a guy who said that the rapper punched him in a bathroom in 2006.
The incident occurred when a fan, Miad Jarbou and his friend approached the rapper in the bathroom at Cheatah’s strip club. They were seeking an autograph and approached Em while he was using the bathroom urinal. Em’s bodyguard turned them away and that’s when Jarbou said he was assaulted.
He’s suing for more than $25,000 in damages for pain and suffering, wage loss, humiliation, and emotional distress. Just one punch pretty much ruined this guy’s life.
Is it fair for Eminem to shuck out $25,000 for one punch?
