High priced hooker Ashley Alexandra Dupre has dropped her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. I bet you he’s partying it up right now and thanking his stars that she didn’t take him up on his $1 million offer.

She alleged that GGW representatives approached her in 2003, gave her alcohol, and talked her into exposing her breasts for the cameras.

Joe tried offering her an olive branch in the form of a million dollar settlement, claiming that she had zero chance of winning. Adding insult to injury, he also offered her a job.

She dropped her lawsuit on Thursday claiming that she wanted to get rid of all of the negative influences in her life. I bet you her attorney said just what Joe said previously, “You have no chance. Give up and save face.”

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the hooker that took down New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, has sued Joe Francis for $10 million. She claims that she was only 17 when she filmed with Girls Gone Wild and wasn’t of legal age to sign consent forms.

Now, in an odd move, Joe Francis has offered her $1 million to go away. He says that she should take the money and run, because she doesn’t have a case. He said that the GGW goons videotaped her showing her ID and that she was of legal age.

Decisions, decisions. I guess that musical career isn’t panning out, huh?
