Kanye West broke down last night in Paris during a concert. I personally can’t believe that he was even able to get up on stage just one week after his Mom died. But, I guess it would have been what his Mom wanted. It was reported that he was about to perform “Hey Mama” as a tribute and he broke down in tears. Understandable. He took a 10 minute time out and then came back in full force with “Stronger”. The show must go on.

It has been confirmed that Kayne West’s mother, Donda West, passed away over the weekend. Kanye’s mother passed in Los Angeles on Saturday. Her publicist has stated that her passing was “the result of complications from a cosmetic surgical procedure” but gave no other details. Kanye’s Mom was his biggest supporter, having quit her job has a professor to become is manager and always supporting her son even when there was controversy. Loosing a parent is never easy. Our thoughts go out to Kanye.
