Kevin Federline and his family are mourning the loss of Kevin’s uncle Steve. Apparently, he recently passed away following a long battle with cancer.

A source close to the family says, “The whole family is very sad but at least he is out of his pain now.”

RIP, Steve.

When Kevin Federline’s shark attorney wanted Britney Spears to fork over $500,000+ for his legal fees, Jamie Spears stepped in and had something to say about it.

Now, the court has deemed the Toxic singer to have to pay $375,000 in his legal fees. Her lawyer had a point, she said that K-Fed left a $2,000 tip on a check that was less than $400.00, he should be able to afford his own legal fees. And him and Jamie Spears are in cahoots to open their own Mexican restaurant with Britney’s cash, so the whole thing seems just weird to me.

Dude, get off your butt and stop being known as the richest slacker alive already. Get a real job!

Kevin Federline and Britney’s dad Jamie Spears are set to run a restaurant together, according to reports.

The restaurant is already established, it’s called Casa Cordobes, and now that the owner is looking to retire, it’s Jamie’s and Kevin’s chance.

One catch — it’s going to be funded by Britney’s money. Now I see something wrong with that. This is a major venture, that Jamie and Kevin are both going to profit from, and they are using Britney to get it. I think that’s just wrong.

The last venture that Jamie did that was funded by Britney was a failure and they’re hoping that this one is going to be a success. If all else fails, Kevin has his rapping career to fall back on, right? (Yeah, right.)

So here’s the word on the street…..Britney is being held for 72 hours at Cedars for a 5150 (or in other words a psych evaluation).  K-Fed is requesting that Brit’s visitations be revoked, I wonder why? But also states that he is not out to punish his ex but just wants her to get the help she needs. Apparently K-Fed is turning into the world’s most caring ex. He was at the hospital with Brit and is even having a say as to who should be allowed to see Brit. On another note, Mama Lynn Spears is no where to be found. She is dealing with Jamie Lynn’s teenage pregnancy crisis.

Well Ms. Spears has officially lost it. Last night after Brit was to hand the kids over to Kevin Federline she locked herself in her home with her youngest and wouldn’t come out. Police were called, ambulances showed up and even a helicopter. After a 3 hour stand off Jayden James was recovered safely apparently due to K-Fed’s cool head. But then Brit was taken to Cedars Sinai for an evaluation. The police are stating that she was under the influence of something. K-fed, the kids and Brit’s dad were all seen at the hospital. Hopefully they will be successful in getting Brit the serious help she needs.

Kevin Federline and Paris Hilton were seen partying it up in Vegas over the weekend. This could the beginning of the end for K-Fed, or at least Brit Brit better hope so. Paris has her way of destroying everything around and the ex Mr. Spears better hope its not him. The two were seen together on Saturday night and then K-fed showed up again last night at Pure where Paris was all over another man. But not to worry K-Fed, you have had your taste of Paris thats all you need.

The emergency hearing today in the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline nevering ending custody battle ended with Brit Brit not being allowed to drive with her kids.  I guess K-Fed’s lawyer brouhgt up that slight incident of Brit running a red with the boys last week. Brit, I think you just need to stop driving, you have enough money let someone else drive for you sweetie.

It looks as if Britany Spears and Kevin Federline will be back in court again this week.  K-Fed’s lawyers have requested an emergency hearing for Friday and supposedly it has to do with Brit Brit’s driving. The Britsert ran a red light on November 8 with both her boys in the car with her. But, we must also remember that she was being chased by pap’s, as per usual.  Really it seems like these two are constantly in court. It’s getting old. And for some reason I feel this isn’t the last “emergency hearing” these two will be having.
