Mario Lopez is set to release his own exercise/fitness book. The title is Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness and it’s due to hit stores on May 13th.
We all know that Mario has some rockin’ abs, but not everything works for everyone. Besides, it’s probably all of the same regurgitated diet and exercise tips that we’ve heard before.
