Paris Hilton and Benji Madden were at the Foxtail club last night when they “allegedly” ran over the foot of one of the snappers that was trying to take their picture.

Reportedly, Benji got out of the car and assessed the situation. He then returned to the car and drove off with Paris.

The photographer has filed a complaint with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.

A source close to the Hilton family has said that Paris Hilton’s parents approve of her newest squeeze, Benji Madden.

I guess you really can’t judge a book by its cover. Benji is apparently a nice, warm, loving, gentleman.

Paris recently professed her love for the Good Charlotte rocker on her myspace blog.

Kathy Hilton says that she thinks Paris is truly in love for the first time.
