A paparazzo is pressing charges against Gerard Butler, after the actor beat him up, fed up of being chased and harassed by the photographer.

Butler was out promoting his new movie RocknRolla, directed by Guy Richie, when this paparazzo, Mark Morgan Kreusch, ‘aggressively’ tailed him all night long.   I guess he hit the wrong switch because at the end of the night, Butler got out of his own car and ran to his, grabbing the photog by his neck and punching him a few times, yelling: “Oh, you want a photo? You want to photograph me?!”

Some of them are indeed annoying. Maybe Kreuschwill serve as an example.
