It’s no secret that Verne Troyer is suing TMZ for airing the sex tape starring him and aspiring actress/model Ranae Shrider. He’s also suing Kevin Blatt (who’s responsible for Paris Hilton’s sex tape) and a few others for $20 million. He says that the tape was stolen from him and subsequently posted online for our viewing pleasure (or not).

Well, apparently Ranae signed something stating that TMZ was allowed to use the footage, so it remains on TMZ’s website, per a judge’s orders….here. Enjoy!
