Sources say that Mother of the Year Lynn Spears is pushing Jamie Lynn to get a prenup so that Casey Aldridge doesn’t walk away with everything she has. Just in case he’s a cheater. She thinks Casey isn’t as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn, so she wants to make sure everything is in order before they walk down the aisle.

A source says, “The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants, as long as Casey signs the contract.”
