Spice Idol?
Well, the search for the next Pussycat doll type group gave us Girlicious, so why not the Spice Girls?
Mel B, Mel C, Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, and Emma Bunton are launching a reality show in which they will search Britain for a new version of each of them. The show will be in the format of a talent competition with a twist. Simon Fuller, owner of American Idol and the former manager of the Spice Girls is one of the creators of this “Spice Idol“.
The winners will be featured in a musical set to run in London’s prestigious West End theater district. The musical will most likely be about The Spice Girls, who last performed together in February 2008.
We’re going to watch it, will you???
