What to watch on TV this year, celebpulp style

TV

Alright.

Since the seasons have already started, we here at celebpulp.com have decided to let you know what shows are good to watch and which are not. Some of them are deep into their storyline, so don’t be afraid to download episodes online. Also, HBO and Showtime are killing it (if you don’t already watch True Blood, get caught up son), so you may need to subscribe to paid cable TV so you don’t miss all the gold they’re giving us!

To Watch:

curbyourentourage

Some old shows are back and better than ever! HBO’s staple shows, Entourage and Curb Your Enthusiasm are better than ever (celebrity guests galore!), but with ongoing storylines, we recommend renting the dvd’s of past seasons first to fully enjoy them. New shows on HBO to definitely watch are Bored to Death, and Hung. There is nothing even remotely similar to either of these shows on TV, nor has there ever been. Be sure to watch them.

Over on Showtime, Dexter is back for a fourth season and Californication is back as well. A new show on Showtime is Nurse Jackie, and it’s a really good new hospital dramedy, so rent that one for sure.

On non paid cable TV, none of the old shows returning really excite us, but some new ones are great! Heroes is okay, and 30 Rock and The Office are obvious laughs, but nothing you didn’t already know.

Glee

Be sure to watch the new shows Flash Forward for adult drama (great and unique premise, never been done before), and Vampire Diaries for teen drama(so you can stop watching Gossip Girl and 90210), and watch Community and Glee for laughs! These four shows may be the best four shows on the major networks period, and should last a very long time (we hope).

Do not watch:

Cougartown, 90210, Eastwick, Ghost Whisperer, and Gossip Girl (unless you are a loyal fan). Definitely don’t watch Kate Plus 8, and NEVER forget to watch Mad Men.

That is all.
